Abstract:
A beef pickling device, comprising: a pickling chamber arranged from top to bottom; and a meat pickling device arranged on the periphery of the pickling chamber, wherein the meat pickling device gradually pricks the surface of a chunk of meat in the pickling chamber, when the chunk of meat is pricked to a preset depth, the meat pickling device tightly clamps the chunk of meat and discharges blood extruded from the site of penetration, and then the meat pickling device gradually withdraws from the surface of the chunk of meat and arranges pickling materials along a pricking path.
