Abstract:
A bearing inner ring fixing device for bearing inspection. The device comprises: a mounting plate (1), wherein a rotation adjustment structure (2) is mounted in the middle of an upper end face of the mounting plate (1), and a support frame (4) is provided at the top of the rotation adjustment structure (2); an insertion portion (3) is provided at the front and rear sides of the top of the rotation adjustment structure (2); a clamping fixation portion (5) is mounted on a lower part of the support frame (4), and a bearing (6) is clamped on the clamping fixation portion (5); two one-way locking portions (7) are provided at a lower part of a right end face of the support frame (4); a height adjustment portion (8) is provided at an upper end of the support frame (4), and a bearing play inspection portion (9) is mounted at the bottom of the height adjustment portion (8); and mounting holes are provided at all of four corners of an upper end face of the mounting plate (1), and four transverse guide rods are provided on a lower inner side of the support frame (4). According to the bearing inner ring fixing device for bearing inspection, the firmness of fastening a bearing inner ring and the convenience of rotation adjustment are improved.
