Abstract:
This bearing device is equipped with a displacement measurement unit that supports a rotary member on a fixed member via a rolling bearing and measures a radial-direction displacement or axial-direction displacement of the rotary member by supplying compressed gas to a gap to be measured between the rotary member and the fixed member around the rolling bearing. The displacement measurement unit comprises: a displacement detection unit having a compressed-gas injection nozzle that injects compressed gas into the gap to be measured; a pressure loss measurement unit that measures pressure loss in the compressed gas supplied to the displacement detection unit; and a throttling member (differential pressure control unit) that is provided in the vicinity of the rotary member and in a space between the pressure loss measurement unit and the displacement detection unit. A supply source of compressed gas is connected to a pipe line that connects a high-pressure side of the pressure loss measurement unit and the throttling member, and a low-pressure side of the pressure loss measurement unit is connected to a pipe line that connects the displacement detection unit and the throttling member.
