Abstract:
A battery welding system, comprising: a welding head (10), a profilometer (20), and a servo motion module (30). The profilometer is used for acquiring a contour image of a step between a top cover and a casing, and obtaining a parameter measurement value of the step on the basis of the contour image. The profilometer and the welding head are arranged on the servo motion module and used for controlling, according to a preset welding track for the top cover and the casing and the parameter measurement value, the welding head to weld the top cover and the casing. By means of measuring the change of step width in real time and adjusting the position of a welding focus to achieve relative fixation relative to the boundary of the top cover and the boundary of the casing, the battery welding system can ensure that the welding of the top cover and the casing is always performed on the basis of an actual welding track, thereby achieving good welding quality. The present disclosure further relates to a battery welding method.
