Abstract:
A battery swapping station for a heavy truck, comprising: a power storage region (100) arranged around a battery swapping device, wherein the power storage region (100) comprises a plurality of charging bases (101) arranged in a circular sector shape. The battery swapping device (200) comprises: a first base body (201) on which a frame (202) is provided; a stretchable/retractable structure (203) connected to the frame (202); a grabbing structure (204) for grabbing or releasing a battery pack (300), the grabbing structure (204) being connected to the stretchable/retractable structure (203); a bearing structure (205) for accommodating the battery pack (300), the bearing structure (205) being arranged on the first base body (201); a rotating structure (206) for driving the first seat body (201) to rotate, the rotating structure (206) being arranged below the first base body (201); and a controller separately electrically connected to the stretchable/retractable structure (203), the grabbing structure (204), the bearing structure (205), and the rotating structure (206), wherein the controller is used for sending electric signals, and the stretchable/retractable structure, the grabbing structure, the bearing structure, and the rotating structure respectively receive the electric signals and replace a battery pack of a battery swapping vehicle. Further provided is a battery swapping control method. The battery swapping station occupies small ground area, has low costs, saves the battery swapping time, and improves the battery swapping efficiency.
