Abstract:
A battery cell structure (100) and a battery (200) thereof. The battery cell structure (100) comprises a battery cell body (110), and a first positive tab (120) and a first negative tab (130) that are electrically connected to the battery cell body (100); the first positive tab (120) and the first negative tab (130) are respectively located on different sides of the battery cell body (110); the battery cell structure (100) further comprises a second positive tab (140) or a second negative tab (170) that is electrically connected to the battery cell body (110); the first positive tab (120) and the second negative tab (170) are provided on the same side of the battery cell body (110) so as to supply power for a battery protection plate (101); or the first negative tab (130) and the second positive tab (140) are provided on the same side of the battery cell body (110) so as to supply power for the battery protection plate (101). The battery cell structure (100) has tab output at the two sides of the battery cell body (110), and therefore can meet a requirement for excessive current; moreover, the tabs of the two sides of the battery cell body (110) can make the charge and discharge circuit of the battery cell structure (100) be smoother; and since the tabs having the excessive current are located on different sides of the battery cell structure (100), heating sources can be dispersed, and temperature rise caused by heating can be reduced.
