Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of batteries, and in particular, to a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device. The battery cell of the present application comprises a housing, a core assembly and an insulating layer; a mounting cavity is formed in the housing, the core assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the insulating layer is arranged between at least part of the core assembly and the housing. In the technical solution of the present application, by arranging the insulating layer between at least part of the core assembly and the housing, should the housing insulation fail, producing a drawn arc or electric arc, the arrangement of the insulating layer will prevent the drawn arc or electric arc generated by the housing from penetrating the insulating layer, thereby protecting the at least part of the core assembly disposed opposite to the insulating layer, reducing or avoiding damage to the core assembly, preventing a short circuit from occurring in the core assembly, further avoiding safety accidents, and enhancing the usage safety and reliability of the battery cell.
