Disclosed in the present application are a battery cell (10), a battery (100) and an electrical apparatus. The electrical apparatus comprises the battery (100), the battery (100) comprising the battery cell (10); the battery cell (10) comprises a casing (11), a battery core assembly (12), an electrolyte and a filling structure (13); the battery core assembly (12) comprises a plurality of wound bodies (121) arranged in the casing (11); the electrolyte is filled in the casing (11), and soaks the wound bodies (121). The filling structure (13) is arranged in the casing (11) and abuts against the inner side wall of the casing (11) and/or the outer side walls of the wound bodies (121). By means of the above technical solution, the filling structure (13) can make the amount of the electrolyte injected into the casing (11) smaller, and can raise the liquid level of the electrolyte, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the addition amount of the electrolyte, thus solving the technical problem that excessive electrolyte needs to be injected during assembly of the battery cell (10).
