A battery cell (20), a battery (100), and an electric apparatus. The battery cell (20) comprises a housing (22) and at least three electrode assemblies (23), wherein a cavity is defined within the housing (22), and the cavity comprises a first region (24) and a second region (25), the first region (24) being closer to the housing (22) than the second region (25); and the at least three electrode assemblies (23) are arranged in the cavity, the capacity of a single electrode assembly (23) located in the first region (24) being Cap1, the capacity of a single electrode assembly (23) located in the second region (25) being Cap2, and Cap2 > Cap1. By means of controlling Cap2 > Cap1, an electrode assembly (23) in a second region (25) has more active lithium than an electrode assembly (23) in a first region (24), such that relative rates of attenuation of the electrode assembly (23) located in the second region (25) and the electrode assembly (23) located in the first region (24) match each other, thereby slowing down the overall attenuation rate and prolonging the service life of the battery cell (20).
