Abstract:
A basalt fiber enhanced belt is prepared by painting coating slurry on woven basalt fibers, which have been painted by the coating slurry. The coating slurry consists of the following components in parts by weight: 85 to 90 parts of water, 2 to 3 parts of E type epoxy resin, 1 to 2 parts of poly(glycol adipate) based polyurethane, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 2 to 4 parts of nano SiO2, 1 to 3 parts of nano calcium silicate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of fatty acid amine acetate, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polyoxyethylene stearate, 0.2 to 0.3 part of ethoxyamine, 0.1 to 0.2 part of quaternary ammonium salt, and 0.2 to 0.7 part of silane coupling agent KH550. The basalt fiber enhanced belt has the advantages of high tensile strength, high elasticity modulus, good flexibility, wear resistance, bending resistance, high temperature resistance, and user friendliness.
