Abstract:
A barocaloric effect-based room-temperature barocaloric refrigerator, comprising a high-precision, high-pressure electric injection pump (1), a barocaloric element (2), a heat exchange fluid, a cold-end heat exchanger (3), and a hot-end heat exchanger (4). Due to heat release under increased pressure and heat absorption under pressure relief of the barocaloric working substance caused by the phase change under the action of the high-precision, high-pressure electric injection pump (1), the heat exchange fluid reciprocatingly flows between the barocaloric refrigeration working substance to exchange heat and cold. The high-precision, high-pressure electric injection pump (1) provides pressure for the barocaloric refrigeration cycle and outputs a constant pressure. The means of pressurization is liquid pressure; oil for pressurization is also used as the heat exchange fluid; and the heat and cold driven by the pressure are directly brought into the hot-end heat exchanger (4) and the cold-end heat exchanger (3) to complete the circulation.
