Claims:
CLAIMS Bandsaw back pressure system developed for the pressure to be created during the cutting on the bandsaw moving laterally on the bandsaw blade (3) characterized in that at least one shaft connection bearing (5), which prevents the connection of the system to the bandsaw machine, at least one bearing cover (6) on the back pressure body (2), which is connected to the bandsaw machine by means of the connection bracket (1 ) and contains the shaft seat (2.1 ), which allows the back pressure body (2) to be positioned in the back pressure shaft

(4), the back pressure shaft (4), which is positioned centrally offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3), at least one shaft connection bearing

(5) bearing the rotational movement of the back pressure shaft (4), at least one bearing cover (6) that prevents the passage of material sawdust, oil and similar foreign substances that may occur during cutting, the distance cover (7), which allows the back pressure shaft

(4) to be closed from the shaft seat (2.1 ), on the opposite side of the shaft cover (7), and its parts (8). The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a back pressure body (2) containing the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned to be centrally offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3). The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a back pressure shaft (4) positioned centrally offset from the bandsaw blade (3) in the shaft seat (2.1 ) on the back pressure body (2) thanks to the different dimensions of the distance cover (7) and the cover (8) parts in the horizontal axis. The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a back pressure shaft (4) that is bedded by means of a rotational movement shaft connection bearing

(5) around its axis. The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one shaft connection bearing (5) preferably connected to the shaft (4) from the ends of the back pressure shaft (4) to bear the rotational movement of the bear pressure shaft (4) around its axis. The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one shaft connection bearing (5) that bear the rotational movement of the back pressure shaft (4) around its axis and is preferably selected from bearing or similar bearing elements. The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one bearing cover (6) that prevents material chips, oil and similar foreign substances that may arise during cutting with the bandsaw blade (3) from passing into the shaft connection bearing (5) and is preferably positioned between the shaft (4) center and the shaft connection bearing (5). The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a distance cover (7) that is formed to be different from the part of the cover (8) with its horizontal size in order to protect the edge part of the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned from external factors and to ensure that the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned in the shaft seat (2.1 ) with its center offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3). The bandsaw back pressure system according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a cover (8) that protects the edge part of the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned from external factors and is formed to be different from the distance cover (7) part in its horizontal size to ensure that the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned in the shaft seat (2.1 ) with the center offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3).

BANDSAW BACK PRESSURE SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

Invention is related to the back pressure system that applies pressure on the saw during cutting and guides the lateral movement of the saw, especially in horizontal bandsaw machines. The material life of the back pressure system is extended thanks to the center misaligned assembly and use of the back pressure shaft used in the developed bandsaw back pressure system.

PRIOR ART

In horizontally operating bandsaw machines, the thru is applied to the back of the bandsaw during cutting using movable bearings in order to guide the lateral movement of the bandsaw. The bearing, which is positioned at the point where the back pressure on the bandsaw will be applied, in the section designated for bandsaw back pressure, comes into contact with the back of moving bandsaw during cutting and the thrust bearing requires a deformed part change over time depending on both the pressure and the saw movement.

In the present art, the bearings used for bandsaw back pressure in bandsaws have thin edge materials due to their structural characteristics. For this reason, during back pressure, both the pressing force and the lateral movement of the bandsaw deform the edge parts of the bearing in contact with the bandsaw in a very short time and require frequent part replacement. While this situation creates a waste of time for maintenance-repair, it also causes production costs to increase in total.

The bandsaw back pressure method and components used in the present art, as described in document CN203621623U, can be examined in a general overview. A rotatable thrust bearing is used in the pressing group through which the bandsaw passes and creates pressure on the saw during the cutting process, which can also respond to the movement of the bandsaw. In order for the saw to operate smoothly, the thrust bearing must be replaced frequently. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The bandsaw back pressure system, the subject of the invention, has been developed in order to ensure that the pressure to be created on the bandsaw (3), which moves laterally especially on horizontal bandsaw machines, during cutting is long-lasting and minimizes material consumption.

In the developed bandsaw back pressure system, the pressure created on the saw (3) during the cutting process is provided by means of a back pressure shaft (4). In this way, it is possible to use materials with higher strength and desired properties than the ready-made bearing parts used in the present art.

The back pressure shaft (4) used in the developed bandsaw back pressure system is connected on the back pressure body (2) in a central offset manner. In this way, the same back pressure shaft (4) can be used more than once only by changing the mounting direction. Thus, while material consumption is minimized, time loss for maintenance-repair can be minimized.

In particular, the bandsaw back pressure system, which is the subject of the invention, developed for the pressure to be created during the cutting on the bandsaw moving laterally on the horizontal bandsaw blades (3), includes at least one shaft connection bearing (5), which prevents the connection of the system to the bandsaw machine, at least one bearing cover (6) on the back pressure body (2), which is connected to the bandsaw machine by means of the connection bracket (1 ) and contains the shaft seat (2.1 ), which allows the back pressure body (2) to be positioned in the back pressure shaft (4), the back pressure shaft (4), which is positioned centrally offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3), at least one shaft connection bearing (5) bearing the rotational movement of the back pressure shaft (4), at least one bearing cover (6) that prevents the passage of material sawdust, oil and similar foreign substances that may occur during cutting, the distance cover (7), which allows the back pressure shaft (4) to be closed from the shaft seat (2.1 ), on the opposite side of the shaft cover (7), and its parts (8).

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is a back pressure body (2) containing the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned to be centrally offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3).

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is a back pressure shaft (4) positioned centrally offset from the bandsaw blade (3) in the shaft seat (2.1 ) on the back pressure body (2) thanks to the different dimensions of the distance cover (7) and the cover (8) parts in the horizontal axis.

In the bandsaw tread pressure system of the invention, there is a back pressure shaft (4) that is bedded by means of the rotational movement shaft connection bearing (5) to be made around its axis.

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is preferably at least one shaft connection bearing (5) connected to the shaft (4) from the ends of the back pressure shaft (4) in order to bear the rotational movement of the back pressure shaft (4) around its axis.

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is at least one shaft connection bearing (5) that bear the rotational movement of the back pressure shaft (4) around its axis and is preferably selected from bearing or similar bearing elements.

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is at least one bearing cover (6) that prevents the passage of material chips, oil and similar foreign substances that may arise during the cutting with the bandsaw blade (3) to the shaft connection bearing (5) and is preferably positioned between the center of the shaft (4) and the shaft connection bearing (5).

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is a distance cover (7), which is formed to be different from the cover (8) part of its horizontal size, in order to protect the edge of the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned from external factors and to position the back pressure shaft (4) in the shaft seat (2.1 ) in a way that the center is offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3).

In the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention, there is a cover (8) which is formed to be different from the distance cover (7) part in its horizontal size in order to protect the edge part of the shaft seat (2.1 ) in which the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned from external factors and to ensure that the back pressure shaft (4) is positioned in the shaft seat (2.1 ) with the center offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3).

The back pressure shaft (4), distance cover (7) and cover (8) parts used in the bandsaw back pressure system of the invention are positioned in the shaft seat (2.1 ) so that the center is offset relative to the bandsaw blade (3) due to their different horizontal dimensions. In this way, the back pressure shaft (4), on which deformation occurs as a result of the use of the bandsaw blade (3), can only be reused by changing the mounting direction in the shaft seat (2.1 ). Thus, both material consumption is minimized and material change can be easily realized.
