This band saw machine (91) comprises: a first wheel (31) for applying tension to a band saw blade (5) and carrying out tracking, and a second wheel (32) that is positioned lower than the first wheel (31); a first supply unit (71) that travels from the second wheel (32) toward the first wheel (31) and is positioned in a space from the lowermost end (P6) of the second wheel (32) to a workpiece cutting position (P1) in a rotary travel path of the band saw blade (5), the first supply unit (71) spraying teeth parts (5b) of the band saw blade (5) with a cutting fluid (L) in a mist (L1), or adding the cutting fluid (L) dropwise to the teeth parts (5b); and a second supply unit (72) that is positioned in a space from the workpiece cutting position (P1) to the second wheel (32), the second supply unit (72) channeling the cutting liquid (L) or a cooling fluid to the band saw blade (5), or spraying the band saw blade (5) with the cutting liquid (L) or the cooling fluid.
