Abstract:
A bamboo fiber siliconized engineered wood and a preparation method therefor. The bamboo fiber siliconized engineered wood comprises the following components in percentage by mass: bamboo fiber powder: 40%-70%; a polymer polyurea A agent: 5%-15%; a polymer polyurea B agent: 1%-3%; graphite-based powder: 5%-10%; tourmaline powder: 5%-10%; a magnesium oxysulfate preparation: 7%-10%; a silica gel: 1%-2%; a coupling agent: 1%-2%; and diatom mud: 5%-8%. The bamboo fiber siliconized engineered wood has excellent performances such as formaldehyde-free, flame-retardant, insect-proof, negative ion generation, far infrared ray, thermal insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction, and impact resistance.
