A baking mechanism (10) for glove production and a processing apparatus. The baking mechanism (10) is arranged on a glove production line; and the glove production line comprises a conveying chain (11), wherein the conveying chain (11) is rotatably provided with a plurality of hand molds (12) used for producing gloves, the conveying chain (11) is configured to carry the hand molds (12) to move, and the moving direction of the conveying chain (11) is a first direction. The baking mechanism (10) comprises a box body (13) and an infrared emitter (14), wherein two ends of the box body (13) in the first direction are provided with openings, and the conveying chain (11) carries the hand molds (12) to sequentially pass through the openings of the box body (13); and the infrared emitter (14) is arranged on an inner side wall of the box body (13), and the infrared emitter (14) is arranged corresponding to the hand molds (12) in the first direction. Rubber layers outside the hand molds (12) are heated by using infrared baking, so that gloves are stably shaped, the quality of the produced gloves is good, and the effects of energy conservation, environmental friendliness and safety are achieved.
