Abstract:
An opening/closing baffle device for a moon pool. A U-shaped pulley guide rail (4) of which the section is C-shaped is symmetrically provided at two ends inside the moon pool. Several baffles (1) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the moon pool. Two axial ends of each baffle (1) are connected to corresponding pulleys (12) by means of corresponding circular shafts (1-4). The pulleys (12) at two ends are provided in the U-shaped pulley guide rail (4) corresponding to the ends, and a connecting rod (13) is also connected between two adjacent circular shafts (1-4). Several square openings matching the baffles (1) and electromagnetic slot mounting bases are symmetrically arranged on two sides of each U-shaped pulley guide rail (4). Several electromagnetic slots (5) matching the square openings and in contact with the inner wall of the U-shaped pulley guide rail (4) are arranged on the electromagnetic slot mounting base from top to bottom, and the electromagnetic slots (5) are driven by motor driving devices arranged at two ends of the moon pool. The baffle device is simple in structure, reduces the influence of waves on the internal structure of the moon pool, absorbs the impact of seawater on a platform, and ensures the normal and stable operation of the platform under different working conditions.
