Abstract:
An auxiliary tool for tubular part drilling, comprises a positioning box body and a positioning core assembly. The positioning box body is provided with an accommodation tank (10) having a backward opening; a front vertical plate (11) of the positioning box body is provided with a first positioning hole (111) and a second positioning hole (112); a circumferential side plate (12) of the positioning box body is provided with a drill bit guide hole (121); the positioning core assembly comprises a positioning core (2) and a fixed rod (3); the shape and the size of the outer edge of the positioning core are the same as those of the inner edge of a tubular part (4); the positioning core is matched with a positioning pin (5) and a fastener; the fastener comprises a fastening screw (21); the positioning core is fixed to the front vertical plate so that the fastening screw passes through the first positioning hole; the front end of the fixed rod is fixed to the positioning core; the rear end of the fixed rod is matched with a locking member; and the positioning core is provided with a third positioning hole (22). The tool has the advantages that the tool can position the tubular part so as to facilitate circumferential hole machining of the tubular part, and can be used for the circumferential hole machining of different models of tubular parts.
