Title:
AUTOMATIC VACUUM SEALING MACHINE HAVING DRY AND WET SENSING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/045622
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present utility model discloses an automatic vacuum sealing machine which has dry and wet sensing, comprising a body and a bag body insertion port of a vacuum packaging bag arranged on the body. A control circuit, an RC oscillation capacitance constant detection circuit and a vacuum pump are mounted in the body. The control circuit is separately electrically connected to the RC oscillation capacitance constant detection circuit and the vacuum pump. At least one capacitive dielectric element electrically connected to the RC oscillation capacitance constant detection circuit is mounted at the bag body insertion port, and the capacitive dielectric element comprises two oppositely arranged electrode plates. The present utility model has a simple structure, low costs, and the function of automatically identifying dryness and wetness. During a vacuuming process, the capacitive dielectric element composed of two oppositely arranged electrode plates arranged at the bag body insertion port senses whether there is liquid passing through the bag body insertion port. During the vacuuming process, the control circuit automatically determines the dryness and wetness of items in the bag, and automatically activates a corresponding dry pumping function or wet pumping function to achieve fully automatic vacuuming.
