Abstract:
An automatic turnover and resetting mechanism of a ferroalloy water-cooled casting template, comprising a base (1), a casting and molding mechanism, a turnover and resetting mechanism, and a central power device (2). A ring track (3) is provided at a top part of the base; the casting and molding mechanism may be turned upside down relative to the track; the central power device drives the casting and molding mechanism to make a circular motion along the track; and the turnover and resetting mechanism is configured to turn the casting and molding mechanism upside down, thereby achieving the demolding of a granular product on the casting and molding mechanism, and the turnover and resetting mechanism resets the casting and molding mechanism after demolding of the granular product so as to prepare for the next casting of molten iron. The present automatic turnover and resetting mechanism of the casting template is applied on a granulator to reduce environmental pollution during the process of smelting products in a conventional ferroalloy industry and the probability of workers suffering from dust occupational diseases, and to achieve the automatic molten iron casting, demolding and molding of the ferroalloy smelting products.
