The present invention relates to an automatic packaging device for seed packaging, the device comprising: a block transfer conveyer for transferring multiple formation blocks such that the multiple formation blocks form a continuous transfer path, each of the blocks having a recess groove formed thereon; a lower sheet seating portion for stably placing a lower sheet on the recess groove of each of the formation blocks; a pocket formation portion for pressing the lower sheet having been stably placed on the formation block by a press to form a pocket on the lower sheet together the recess groove; a seed supply portion for supplying seeds into the pocket; an adhesive application portion for applying an adhesive to one area, other than the pocket, on the lower sheet; and a binding portion for laminating an upper sheet on the lower sheet having the adhesive applied thereto, and binding the lower sheet and the upper sheet, wherein the lower sheet seating portion, the pocket formation portion, the seed supply portion, and the adhesive application portion, and the binding portion are arranged on the transfer path for the formation blocks.
