Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of sanitary product packaging devices, and in particular, to an automatic packaging bag manufacturing apparatus, comprising an easy-to-tear line forming mechanism, a sealing and cutting integrated mechanism, a tray, and a traction mechanism. The easy-to-tear line forming mechanism is provided with a first channel, and an easy-to-tear line is cut from a strip-shaped material by the easy-to-tear line forming mechanism when the strip-shaped material passes through the first channel. The sealing and cutting integrated mechanism comprises a second bottom plate, and a cutting assembly and a sealing assembly which are provided on the second bottom plate; the cutting assembly comprises an upper cutter and a lower cutter which are capable of opening and closing; a second channel is formed between the upper cutter and the lower cutter; the sealing assembly comprises an upper sealing head and a lower sealing head which are capable of opening and closing; a third channel is formed between the upper sealing head and the lower sealing head. The traction mechanism pulls the strip-shaped material, so that the easy-to-tear line is cut from the strip-shaped material by the easy-to-tear line forming mechanism in the first channel, a packaging bag is cut in the second channel closed by the upper cutter and the lower cutter and falls on the tray, and the third channel is closed by the upper sealing head and the lower sealing head to perform heat sealing of the tail end of the packaging bag.
