Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic oyster shell separation system and, more specifically, to an automatic oyster shell separation system for automatically performing all of the processes of: putting unshucked raw oysters into a fixed-quantity feeder so that a predetermined quantity of raw oysters is accommodated in a plurality of oyster accommodation cages; putting, into an oyster separator, through a preheater, the oyster accommodation cages containing the oysters, so that the adductor muscles of oyster meat fall off and are separated from oyster shells by means of water pressure; and moving, to a vibrating sorter through a cooler, the oyster accommodation cages containing shucked oysters (raw oysters that are the oyster meat separated from the oyster shells), so as to sort the oyster shells and the oyster meat in the vibrating sorter and separate and discharge same.
