Abstract:
An automatic fire extinguishing and shutdown system and method for a large-scale device for foundation engineering. The system comprises a large-scale device power supply control module and a plurality of automatic dry powder fire extinguishers, wherein the automatic dry powder fire extinguishers each comprise a fire extinguisher shell which is filled with a fire extinguishing dry powder in a pressurized mode, and two automatic fire extinguisher control valves which are arranged at two ends of the fire extinguisher shell. The method comprises the steps of: one, debugging and assembling automatic dry powder fire extinguishers; two, mounting the automatic dry powder fire extinguishers and a large-scale device power supply control module; three, performing automatic fire extinguishing and shutdown on a large-scale device; and four, recycling the automatic dry powder fire extinguishers. By means of mounting an automatic dry powder fire extinguisher at each prone-to-fire point of a large-scale device, automatic measurement of an environmental temperature and automatic fire extinguishing are achieved, and the power supply of the large-scale device is cut off by means of a large-scale device power supply control module when a fire occurs, thereby completely preventing the diffusion or occurrence of the fire, and protecting the safety of the device and a site.
