An automatic excrement disposal device is disclosed. A disclosed automatic excrement disposal device has an embedded structure so as to be easily installed, applied and used in a bed or mattress for a patient, and can maintain the health hygiene of users due to an excrement container having a separated structure and can minimize spatial occupation area due to embedding so as to be used without inconvenience even in a small space.
