Abstract:
An automatic cooking apparatus is disclosed. The automatic cooking apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a balance weight for reducing the rotational load of a cooking container through a tilting part, the balance weight being disposed on the opposite side of the cooking container with respect to a second rotary shaft, so that the second rotary shaft is at the position of the center of gravity of the cooking container and the balance weight, and thus, with respect to the second rotary shaft, the value obtained by calculating the product of the weight of the cooking container and the distance from the second rotary shaft to the balance weight corresponds to the value obtained by calculating the product of the weight of the balance weight and the distance from the second rotary shaft to the cooking container; and at least one heating part for applying heat to the cooking container from the side surface of the cooking container, when the cooking container is disposed at a heating position of tilting at a predetermined angle with respect to the second rotary shaft and rotates around a first rotary shaft.
