Abstract:
An automatic broach die mechanism for a tool magazine, comprising a first horizontal linear driving mechanism (100) and a lifting mechanism (200), wherein the lifting mechanism is in transmission connection to the first horizontal linear driving mechanism and is driven by the first horizontal linear driving mechanism to perform horizontal displacement; a pull pin (400) having a cylindrical bottom end is arranged at the top of the lifting mechanism and is arranged on a mounting base (401); a fixed semi-cylinder (402) and a movable semi-cylinder (403) are arranged at the top end of the pull pin; the movable semi-cylinder and the fixed semi-cylinder slide relative to each other in the horizontal direction, and a spring acts between the fixed semi-cylinder and the movable semi-cylinder. According to the automatic broach die mechanism for a tool magazine, during insertion into a broach die, the movable semi-cylinder can be gradually pressed downwards, so that the pull pin is inserted into the broach die, and the movable semi-cylinder tightly abuts against the inner wall of an insertion hole of the broach die by means of the action of the spring, thereby improving the firmness of the bonding of the pull pin and the broach die, so that the pull pin and the broach die are not easy to separate from each other.
