Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of production lines. Provided is an automatic assembly production line for a cylinder of a plunger pump. The automatic assembly production line comprises: a preparation cage trolley, a feeding chain plate line, an oil seal press-fitting module and a rear-section assembly module, wherein the preparation cage trolley is mounted on one side of the feeding chain plate line, and the preparation cage trolley corresponds to the feeding chain plate line; the rear-section assembly module is mounted at one end of the preparation cage trolley, and the rear-section assembly module corresponds to the oil seal press-fitting module, a large-bearing press-fitting module, a shaft set press-fitting module and a shaft set assembly module; and the oil seal press-fitting module is arranged on the side of the feeding chain plate line that is away from the preparation cage trolley, and the large-bearing press-fitting module is arranged on the side of the oil seal press-fitting module that is away from the feeding chain plate line. In the present invention, a rear-section assembly module is provided, and a plurality of procedures are integrated by means of the rear-section assembly module, so as to complete the automatic assembly of mass cylinder parts and the palletizing of finished products, such that manual labor is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the assembly is precise and firm, and the stability is good.
