Abstract:
The present application discloses an audio encoding and decoding method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a computer program product, in the field of audio encoding and decoding. The method comprises: framing an audio signal to obtain multiple audio frames; separately windowing the multiple audio frames using a window function, so as to obtain multiple windowed audio frames; performing overlapping transformation on the multiple windowed audio frames, so as to obtain multiple spectra; and encoding the multiple spectra into a bit stream, the window function having asymmetry, the window function being an asymmetric low-delay window function, frequency spectrum leakage caused by the window function being low, and the total harmonic distortion and noise being small. The window function can be applied to IntMDCT audio encoding and decoding, that is, it satisfies the requirements of IntMDCT lossless transformation for a window function, and the window function can also be applied to a full-rate encoding and decoding framework. It can be seen that the window function has a strong universality.
