Abstract:
An assembled bamboo sleeper obtained in the modes that a bamboo unit is taken as a raw material, dried and modified at 110-180°C, subjected to cladding treatment with a dopamine solution, impregnated, cured, assembled and glued, cured again, retreated with the dopamine solution, subjected to anti-mildew and/or anti-corrosion and/or insect-proof treatment, and tightened. Also provided is a method for preparing the assembled bamboo sleeper. The bamboo sleeper is environmentally friendly and suitable for ballast tracks of railway and urban rail transit.
