Abstract:
An aryl C-glucoside derivative, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Specifically provided are an aryl C-glucoside derivative as shown in formula I, a tautomer thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, a prodrug thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of any one of the foregoing, or a solvate of any one of the foregoing. The aryl C-glucoside derivative has superior myocyte protective effect and NHE1 inhibitory activity to those of empagliflozin in the prior art, and can exert an effective anti-heart failure effect at a relatively low administration dosage, and therefore can be used for preparing an anti-heart failure drug. The compound has a simple structure, a simple preparation process, and low production costs.
