Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing an article supply system and an article supply device that can send a notification concerning the state of the article supply device. [Solution] The present invention concerns an article supply device that can supply an article, the device comprising: a storage part that stores an article; a supply part that supplies the article stored in the storage part; an operation part that can operate so as to supply the article from the supply part; a lock part that locks the operation of the operation part so as to be inoperable; a control unit that releases the lock of the lock part; and a notification control unit that sends, in a notification format different from each other, a notification of a first state in which the lock of the lock part is released and a notification of a second state in which the operation of the operation part is completed.
