Abstract:
An art dyeing and finishing-based mat cotton wrinkle fabrication process, relating to the field of wrinkling processes. Water-soluble special threads can be used as embroidery threads, a clothing piece is fixed onto a thermosensitive film, which shrinks upon heating, by means of computerized embroidery for heating and shrinking together, and then washing, thread removal, ironing, and shaping are performed, so that on one hand, the difficulty in fabric stripping after shrinking treatment is effectively reduced and the fabric shrinking treatment efficiency is effectively improved, and on the other hand, a fabric is effectively protected against thread pulling damage. In addition, the provision of a broken thread peptization layer can change the sponge and fabric connection mode, so that on one hand, it is effectively ensured that the fabric will not be pulled by the threads when the thermosensitive film is heated and shrinks, and then the evenness of gaps on the fabric can be effectively ensured and the quality is higher, and on the other hand, during stripping, sponge fragments can be effectively prevented from adhering to the fabric, and then the subsequent fabric cleaning difficulty and workload can be effectively reduced.
