Abstract:
The present application relates to an arc striking circuit of an electric flame cooker and an electric flame cooker. An input end of a switching power supply (100) of the circuit is connected to an external power supply; a first input end and a second input end of a booster (200) are separately connected to an output end of the switching power supply (100), and a second output end of the booster (200) is connected to a ground wire; an arc striking mechanism comprises an arc striking ion head provided on an electric flame cooker pot ring (1), and the electric flame cooker pot ring (1) is used for supporting a pot to be used; a plasma generator assembly (300) comprises at least two plasma generators (310); input ends of the plasma generators (310) are separately connected to a first output end of the booster (200), and output ends of the plasma generators (310) are separately arranged close to the arc striking ion head. Therefore, arc striking can be performed by using a lower voltage, thereby reducing the circuit cost, and improving the reliability of the arc striking circuit.
