Abstract:
The present invention relates to L-arabinose as well as a preparation and the use thereof. The L-arabinose and the preparation thereof are prepared by means of the following process: (1) dissolving an L-arabinose raw material in water, adding activated carbon for filtration, and removing the activated carbon to obtain a filtered saccharide solution; (2) taking 40%-55% (v%) of the filtered saccharide solution obtained in the step (1), evaporating the filtered saccharide solution until sugar content thereof reaches 55-65% Brix, adding a proper amount of the L-arabinose raw material as a seed crystal, starting batch feeding of the remaining filtered saccharide solution, and continuing to concentrate after batch feeding is finished. The preparation process of the arabinose and the preparation thereof is free of adding any auxiliary material, and meanwhile a complex granulation process is not required. The obtained product can be directly used as an intestinal cleanser medicine with a controllable range in grain diameter, is safe and effective, and is suitable for absorption of preparation. The product also greatly improves the mouth feel, taste and acceptable dosage range of a bowel preparation medicine, remarkably enhances patient compliance, relieves the resistance mood of most patients when taking a conventional bowel preparation medicine, and is comprehensively superior to a conventional clinically-recommended medicine.
