Abstract:
The present invention is an aqueous primer coating composition which contains a water-dispersible and/or water-soluble film-forming resin (A) and a chlorinated or non-chlorinated polyolefin-based resin (B) having a softening temperature of lower than 80ºC and a degree of chlorination of 25% or less. The content ratio of the water-dispersible and/or water-soluble film-forming resin (A) and the chlorinated or non-chlorinated polyolefin-based resin (B) is 1:99-99:1. The solids content is 0.5-15%.
