Abstract:
Provided is an inkjet composition which exhibits excellent discharge stability while utilizing excellent characteristics inherent in C.I. Acid Black 172 and C.I. Acid Black 194. This aqueous inkjet composition is characterized by containing a specific dye that is one or more coloring agents selected from the group consisting of C.I. Acid Black 172 and C.I. Acid Black 194 and a specific aromatic compound that is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by formulae (1) to (4), with the content of the specific aromatic compound being 0.2-50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the specific dye.
