Abstract:
An aqueous color masterbatch composition containing an aluminum powder pigment, and a preparation method therefor. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of a mixed resin, 4-12 parts of an aluminum powder pigment, 0.8-6 parts of an aluminum powder pigment wrapping protective agent, 0.01-5 parts of an antirust pigment, 1-12 parts of an auxiliary agent, 3-10 parts of a solvent, and 15-50 parts of deionized water, wherein the total weight of the described components is 100 parts. The aqueous color masterbatch composition containing the aluminum powder pigment solves the problems of blackening and air expansion of the aluminum powder pigment in an aqueous coating, has relatively high stability, metal texture and brightness, and satisfies the common requirements of the automotive refinish paint industry for aqueous environmental protection and excellent appearance.
