Abstract:
Provided are: an aqueous brilliant paint composition which can manifest a metallic design and in which film defects are suppressed; and a coated panel. This aqueous brilliant paint composition comprises a cellulose ester derivative, cellulose nanofibers, and a scale-like pigment. The amount of solid component included in the aqueous brilliant paint composition is 0.1 mass% to 12 mass%. The coated panel comprises an object to be coated and a brilliant film, the brilliant film being formed from the aqueous brilliant paint composition.
