Description:
Appliance for manufacturing of nonwoven fabric with possibility to regulate the injection and nonwoven fabric

Technical field

Invention relates to appliance for manufacturing of nonwoven fabric with injection of fibers into beforehand prepared fleece for improvement of mutual cohesion and also relates to nonwoven fabric.

Background of the invention

Currently are known miscellaneous methods of production of nonwoven fabric. Nonwoven fabrics manufactured by mechanical formation of fleece are being consilidated by injection, quilting or calandering. For each method of production is also specific the use of appliance. By calandering it is the way of modification used for fabrics manufactured from cotton and silk, lesser from wool. Then the fabric runs between several rollers, that are hard, made from steel and soft with paper or cotton surface. Throght pressing down the fabric is gaining smooth shiny appearance and is pleasant to touch. By quilting the fabric goes through sewing machine or machines and is quilted with threads for its reinforcement. By injection is the fiber being injected into nonwoven fabric to increase its cohesion.

Disclosure of the invention

The essence of the solution according to this invention comprises the appliance for manufacturing of nonwoven fabric with possibility to regulate the injection, whose basic frame consists at the bottom of lower rectangle made of I profile, where are on its corners fastened stemples and stemples are on top terminated with upper rectangle made of I profile. From the top side of upper rectangle is on cross flange fixed electromotor with gear box and first belt wheel. From bottom side of upper rectangle are on cross consoles fastened bearing housings, where is embedded shaft, on this shaft is between bearing housings placed pressure roller. Shaft on the side of the electromotor mount is provided with second belt wheel and the first belt wheel and second belt wheel are interconnected with belt. Both ends of shaft are provided with discs with off-axis openings for running fit of crankshaft pin. Second end of crankshaft is pivotally embedded in the sliding mechanism for the execution of vertical movement. Sliding mechanism is fixed between stemples on horizontal profiles on both sides of basic frame. Sliding mechanisms are interlocked with the molding for fixation of plate with injection needles, which makes after an engine start vertical reciprocating motion and retracts the needles into plate with openings for needles and the pressure roller revolves on the spot around its own axis . Then on the right side from the perspective of belt wheels is to the basic frame fastened right frame with legs, where on the reverse side from basic frame are in the right frame pivotally placed two conveyor rollers. Then on the left side from the perspective of belt wheels is to the basic frame fastened left frame with legs, where overall area of left frame is covered with an endless conveyor belt, whereby at least ends of left frame are provided with conveyor rollers for guiding the conveyor belt. Sliding mechanism is provided with regulation of feed and motor providing vertical reciprocating motion is provided with regulation of speed vertical reciprocating motion.

Nonwoven fabric manufactured on above mentioned appliance can be from one or two sides provided with overlapping fabric, whereby overall thickness of nonwoven fabric is from 1 cm to 20 cm. Material, from which is nonwoven fabric manufactured is from threads resp. tufts, tows of vegetable origin, animal origin and/or other material, whereby other material is inorganic material (glass fibers, asbestos fibers), synthetic material (silon fibers, PVC fibers), chemically manufactured material (cellulose fibers, fibers from natural polymers as beechwoods). The ratio of the components represented in nonwoven fabric depends on its future use. Nonwoven fabric is manufactured mainly from the mixture of wool and cotton in the ratio 1 :99 up to 45:55 parts by weight in favor of wool or 1 :99 up to 45:55 parts by weight in favor of cotton. Nonwoven fabric is manufactured from the mixture of wool, cotton and glass fibers and/or asbestos fibers and/or silon fibers and/or PVC fibers and/or cellulose fibers and/or fibers from natural polymers. Nonwoven fabric is manufactured mainly from the mixture of wool and cotton and other material in the ratio 1 :99 up to 45:55 parts by weight in favor of wool and cotton or 1 :99 up to 45:55 parts by weight in favor of other material.
