CLAIMS

1. A device for removing cobwebs and dirt particles, wherein a removable adhesive surface is provided on a supporting body.

2. A device for removing cobwebs and dirt particles according to claim 1 , wherein said removable adhesive surface is made of an adhesive sheet

3. A device for removing cobwebs and dirt particles according to claim 1, wherein said removable adhesive surface is made of a washable elastomer having a sticky surface.

4. A device for removing cobwebs and dirt particles according to claim 1 , wherein the support body is flexible and attached to a handle or a stem via a suspension that is movable in at least one axis.

5. Device for removing cobwebs and dirt particles according to claim 1 , wherein the adhesive surface is attached to the body via sticking, screwing, riveting, clamping or adhesion.

Description:
Apparatus for the removal of cobwebs and dirt particles

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Cobwebs and other dirt particles, for example fly ash or animal hair, are difficult to remove without leaving residues outside the area accessible by hand, for example on ceilings, in corners of rooms or on inside edges.

This applies in particular to cobwebs with ash or nicotine adhesions, which tend to soil surfaces by smearing.

The same applies to animal hair, especially coarse dog hair and very fine cat hair, as well as dust fluff stuck together by moisture.

TASK OF THE INVENTION/PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED

The task of the present invention is to remove them with little time and without residues.

SOLUTION

This is solved by using a device with different semi-flexible geometric bodies with an exchangeable adhesive surface, which makes it possible to pick up cobwebs and other dirt particles by adhesion.

The geometric bodies are movably attached to a guide rod by means of a ball head.

The adhesive surface consists of either a washable or a single-use film, which is attached to the body by gluing, sticking, screwing, riveting or clamping.

PRIOR ART

Adhesive surfaces for removing or collecting particles or fibers have been known for a long time, for example in the well-known lint rollers for clothing.

Also known is the use of glue-coated tapes to control insects. US3742547 is a type of lint roller for carpets with peelable foils, designed in principle like a lint roller for clothing.

In EP1731076 B1 , a cleaning tool for mopping the floor, the description in paragraph 067 (page 8) mentions an adhesive layer with a peelable film.

Adaptation to different geometries is not provided in either, nor is a longer handle with a connection in the form of a ball head.

CLOSER DESCRIPTION ALONG TO THE DRAWING

Fig. 1 shows a first variant of the device (1), consisting of a guide rod (3), a holder with ball shell (3), a ball (4), the semi-flexible core (5) firmly connected to the ball (4) and an adhesive foil (7) with Velcro fastener (8)

Fig. 2 shows a further variant of the device (8), consisting of a guide rod (9), a holder with a ball shell (10), a ball (11), the semi-flexible core (12) firmly connected to the ball (11), and an adhesive sheet (14) with a Velcro fastener (13).
