Abstract:
An apparatus for machining an upper tool holder of a numerical control tool holder, comprising a pedestal (1). A stand column (2) is provided on the pedestal (1), a milling device (3) sliding in a vertical direction is provided on the stand column (2), and a driving member (4) is further provided on the stand column; an XY-axis sliding platform (5) is provided on the pedestal (1), and is located below the milling device (3); a clamping device (6) is provided on the upper end surface of the XY-axis sliding platform (5); the clamping device (6) comprises a base (61) fixed to the upper end surface of the XY-axis sliding platform (5), a clamping base (62) rotatably connected to the base (61) and used for fixing a workpiece, and a driving assembly (63) provided on the base (61) to drive the clamping base (62) to rotate; a sliding base (12) sliding in the vertical direction is further provided on the stand column (2); and a groove milling device (13) for milling an annular groove in the outer side wall of the workpiece is provided on the sliding base (12). According to the machining apparatus, by providing the groove milling device, the problem of sequential flipping and clamping of workpieces during annular groove machining is avoided, so that the machining of upper tool holders is more convenient.
