Abstract:
An antifuse address decoding circuit, an operation method, and a memory. The antifuse address decoding circuit comprises: a pre-decoding module (10), configured to decode a programming address of an antifuse storage array and output a programming address pre-decoding signal; level shift modules (21 and 22), coupled to the pre-decoding module and configured to boost the programming address pre-decoding signal and output a boosting signal; and programming address decoding modules (30 and 40), receiving the boosting signal and configured to decode the boosting signal and output a programming address signal.
