Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly antifouling fishing net in which: a thermoplastic resin, in which two types of antifouling materials are added, is melt-deposited, regardless of whether a fishing net material fiber is heat resistant, and then cooled, or a thermosetting resin is deposited at room temperature, and then thermoset and coated on a fishing net; and continuous fishing net-making processes are divided so that coating is performed within the shortest time in the melting or curing temperature range of a synthetic fiber that less than or equal to the temperature at which the physical properties of the fiber changes, in order to prevent thermal damage to a fishing net fiber, and thus firstly a strand is coated and secondarily a made fishing net is coated again so that the grooves on a fishing net rope are filled, thereby smoothing the surface and having a lubricating property, antibacterial property and electrical conductivity, wherein the fishing net is manufactured to weigh less and cost less than a fishing net that is thin and a copper alloy fishing net by being coating on a super-fiber, and a coated synthetic resin has durability superior to that of a room-temperature-curable antifouling paint.
