Abstract:
An anticoagulation and anticalcification biological material, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: introducing, on biological tissue, an active group capable of causing polymerization reaction, and then carrying out free radical copolymerization with zwitterions. By introducing, in biological tissue, an active group capable of causing free radical polymerization and enabling free radical copolymerization with a zwitterionic monomer, collagen in the biological tissue is cross-linked at multiple sites by means of a polymer, thereby achieving sufficient cross-linking within and between collagen fibers, improving the stability of the biological tissue, and prolonging the service life of the biological tissue. Moreover, zwitterions are introduced to the surface of the biological tissue, so that the anticoagulation performance can be improved, in situ endothelialization of a biological valve can be promoted, and calcium element deposition is further prevented.
