Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an anti-sparking method for an electric tool. The method comprises the following steps: (1) turning on a control switch, an electric motor rotating, and an MCU module recording a forward rotation state a or a reverse rotation state b of the electric motor; (2) turning off the control switch, the electric motor starting to stop rotating, and at this time, recording the time from the electric motor starting to stop rotating to the electric motor completely stopping rotating, and recording the time as t1; (3) turning on the control switch again, and at this time, the MCU module recording the forward rotation state a or the reverse rotation state b of the electric motor, if the state is the same as the state in the step (1), the MCU module controlling a power source module to supply power to an electric motor driving module, and if the state is different from the state in step (1), the MCU module controlling the power source module to supply power to the electric motor driving module after delaying a time not less than t1. By using the anti-sparking method provided in the present invention, the internal space of an electric tool can be saved on, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved on.
