The present application relates to the technical field of imgae capture, and in particular to an anti-shake mechanism, a camera module, and an electronic device. The anti-shake mechanism comprises a mounting portion and a deformation portion. The mounting portion can move in a first direction or a second direction. The deformation portion is arranged around the mounting portion, the deformation portion is erected in a third direction, and a covering layer of the deformation portion is made of photosensitive polyimide. The deformation portion comprises a first portion and a second portion, which are connected to each other, the first portion extends in the first direction, and the second portion extends in the second direction. The first portion has a first stress relief structure, the second portion has a second stress relief structure, the first stress relief structure is configured to relieve stress when the first portion deforms in the third direction, and the second stress relief structure is configured to relieve stress when the second portion deforms in the third direction. The anti-shake mechanism provided in the present application can effectively reduce movement counterforce and motor power consumption of the anti-shake mechanism while achieving an anti-shake function, thereby improving the anti-shake effect of the anti-shake mechanism on the camera module.
