Abstract:
An anti-overflow turnover type neodymium-iron-boron magnet pulverizing device, comprising an airflow mill (1); an observation window (2) is fixed in the middle of the front surface of the airflow mill (1); a feed port (3) is formed in the upper end of the airflow mill (1); a conveying pipe (4) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the edging side of the airflow mill (1); the airflow mill (1) is connected to a powder sieving tank (5) by means of a conveying pipe (4); a piston (6) is movably mounted outside the upper end of the feed port (3); a control panel (7) is fixed in the middle of the front surface of the powder sieving tank (5); a tilting motor (8) is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the edging side of the powder sieving tank (5); an air outlet (9) is formed in the middle of the edging side of the powder sieving tank (5); a vibration motor (10) is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the edging side of the powder sieving tank (5); a powder outlet (11) is formed at the bottom of the powder sieving tank (5); a guide block (18) is fixedly mounted at the edging side of the inner bottom of the powder sieving tank (5); an output shaft of the tilting motor (8) passes through the powder sieving tank (5) and then is fixedly connected to a tilting shaft (15); an air outlet valve (12) is movably mounted outside the air outlet (9); an output shaft of the vibration motor (10) passes through the powder sieving tank (5) and is fixedly connected to a vibrating screen mesh (17); a powder outlet valve (13) is movably mounted outside the powder outlet (11); the lower end of the powder outlet (11) is movably mounted with a powder receiving tank (14); and a tilting screen mesh (16) is fixedly mounted outside the tilting shaft (15). The device improves the overall sealing performance, prevents the overflowing situation in the pulverizing process, and expands the overall application range.
