Abstract:
An anti-calcification method for a bioprosthetic tissue, and a bioprosthetic tissue. The anti-calcification method for a bioprosthetic tissue comprises: putting a bioprosthetic tissue at least partially fixed in a cross-linking manner into a degreasing solution for degreasing treatment, wherein the degreasing solution comprises an alcohol solution containing a surfactant; and putting the degreased bioprosthetic tissue into a solution containing a reducing agent for reduction treatment. The anti-calcification method for the bioprosthetic tissue has a good effect, and can reduce the degradation of the performance of a tissue caused by anti-calcification treatment.
