A wearable device may comprise: a ring-shaped housing comprising an outer surface and an inner surface; a first layer between the outer surface and the inner surface of the housing, comprising a printed circuit board (PCB); and a second layer between the first layer and the outer surface, comprising a conductive portion. The wearable device may comprise at least one circuit attached to the PCB. The wearable device may comprise another conductive portion formed in a portion of the inner surface. The wearable device may comprise a first connection member for electrically connecting the conductive portion and the other conductive portion. The wearable device may comprise a second connection member for electrically connecting the conductive portion and the at least one circuit. The at least one circuit may be configured to communicate with an external electronic device by using the conductive portion that has acquired a signal supplied from the at least one circuit and the other conductive portion that is connected to ground.
