Abstract:
Provided are an angle variable device and an oar with which the angle of a shaft can be changed readily. This angle variable device 1 is capable of varying the angle of a shaft 110 being passed through a sleeve 10 and comprises: a shaft-side member 20 which is fixed to the shaft 110; a sleeve-side member 30 which is fixed to the sleeve 10; and a slider 40 which is capable of sliding between the shaft-side member 20 and the sleeve-side member 30. The shaft-side member 20 has a first guide section that extends in an axial direction. The sleeve-side member 30 has a long hole 31 that extends in an oblique direction with respect to the axial direction. The slider 40 has a groove 41c and a slider body 41 that are guided by the first guide section and by the long hole 31, respectively. When the slider 40 is caused to slide, the shaft-side member 20 and the sleeve-side member 30 rotate relative to each other, whereby the angle of the shaft 110 is made variable with respect to the sleeve 10.
